We want you to love your Cloud Nine pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return window for all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and untampered.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
